Moderate to long intervals around your FTP.  Some cadence variation and/or some long efforts to increase efficiency at your threshold.
Normally leaves your lungs burning.

Workouts designed to strain your leg muscles with good rest intervals so its not that hard on your heart.  Doesn't mean it is easy though!

Your hardest efforts of the week, 1-5 minute intervals all above or way above your ftp.  Allowing you to get faster when out on the road to join the group, lead the group or add 1mph to your solo efforts.

Who said there were no hills in south Florid?  These sessions are focused on sustained difficult to hard efforts with steady cadence. Great for building leg strength and stamina to punch into the headwinds.
