Bring your regular cycling clothing, 
Sweat towels,
Water bottles,

Functional Threshold Power

For optimum training effect we need to know your FTP. This is a value of your current fitness level and what's used to determine the intensity of each workout.  If you don't know, we can estimate it or better contact us to arrange a free FTP test.
